We stand behind our equipment with 3 years warranty for ss vessels (we offer a free replacement or change new for non-man caused damages of stainless steel vessels), one year for electronic parts.

  • Step 1: Shipping Quote

    We will get a shipping quote for you from our logistic partner. Please let us know the type, sizes, and quantities of the tanks are you interested in so we can get an accurate quote for you.

    Step 2: Charge

    Our logistic partner will contact you to set up an account and collect the shipping cost directly from you if you like their quote;

    You may work with any other logistics or even come to our warehouse to pick up the tanks if you like. In this case, please read the Self-pickup Instruction carefully.

    Step 3: Shipping & Loading

    Our logistic partner will be starting to find a schedule-suitable driver/truck to our warehouse to pick up the tanks. We(Carolina Brewtech) will be responsible for the Loading.

    Step 4: Unloading

    The buyer will be responsible for the unloading and necessary equipment/tools for the job. Please get in touch with us for suggestion regarding unloading for different types/sizes/quantities of tanks ordered.
