We stand behind our equipment with 3 years warranty for ss vessels (we offer a free replacement or change new for non-man caused damages of stainless steel vessels), one year for electronic parts.

Step 1: Shipping Quote

We will get a shipping quote for you from our logistic partner. Please let us know the type, sizes, and quantities of the tanks are you interested in so we can get an accurate quote for you.

Step 2: Charge

Our logistic partner will contact you to set up an account and collect the shipping cost directly from you if you like their quote;

You may work with any other logistics or even come to our warehouse to pick up the tanks if you like. In this case, please read the Self-pickup Instruction carefully.

Step 3: Shipping & Loading

Our logistic partner will be starting to find a schedule-suitable driver/truck to our warehouse to pick up the tanks. We(Carolina Brewtech) will be responsible for the Loading.

Step 4: Unloading

The buyer will be responsible for the unloading and necessary equipment/tools for the job. Please get in touch with us for suggestion regarding unloading for different types/sizes/quantities of tanks ordered.
Our loading dock height is 52" from the ground. Please make sure the truck you drive to come for pick up is suitable.

We do not have the forklift at the warehouse but a manual pallet jack for you to use, a standard flatbed is recommended for loading.

Bring at least one person with you is recommended for moving out, loading, and securing works. We are not responsible for loading of your tanks but will be at the site to offer necessary helps and advices.

Please bring your ramps if it's needed for your truck to fit our loading dock, otherwise, it's highly likely that the tank can not be loaded into your truck. It didn't work out for most cases that even the buyer came with ramps to pick up, as the ramp will create a slope to make the loading impossible and dangerous.

Please do not assume it's going to work out unless you have done it with us before or have a background or knowledge of handling the shipping of the same object. We have loads shipped out every week, we have seen many buyers came and go back with an empty truck (every one of them has read this instruction just like you ), and we don't want it to happen as it cost money and time from both of us.
